Come join us for a fun-filled winter evening where  you’ll learn how to make delicious  Neapolitan-style pizzas like a pro

You’ll learn firsthand how to:

  • The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
  •  Shape the dough and top it
  • Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
  • Slice, top, and serve

 

We will be preparing the Neapolitan classic: Margherita.

Every guest will receive additionally: A recipe ebook,  take-home dough and  (1) complementary beverage.

What To Expect: In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 8-12 students, depending on location.
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
