Come join us for a fun-filled winter evening where you’ll learn how to make delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas like a pro.

You’ll learn firsthand how to:

  • The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
  •  Shape the dough and top it
  • Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
  • Slice, top, and serve
 

We will be preparing the Neapolitan classic: Margherita.
